A great start for the day!!!

Make sure you have biscuits, fresh is best but from a can will work in a pinch.

Yummmm... Milk gravy with fried sausage.

I start with frying the sausage until its fully cooked, drain it and save just a small amount of the grease for your gravy. In the same pan I fried the meat in (after its been removed and set aside) you add a half of stick of butter. Yep, I said it, a half of a stick of butter!! Have your burner on medium and wait for the butter to fully melt. Once we have this done we add the little bit of grease we saved from the sausage and with a wire whisk, incorporate the two. Now slowly add 3 heaping tablespoons of white flour to the pan and use your whisk to create a rue. This is a thick paste. Once you have this add 2 cups of milk (use any kind you like) and wisk it until combined. Keep your burner on a med heat until it comes to a rolling boil, continue whisking for about 3 mins. Now, turn your burner on low and check it every few mins to make sure it isn't sticking. Always remember to add pepper and salt!!!

Now Im sure you know how to make scrambled eggs so I will just say, cook your scrambled eggs (4) the way you normally would and add the seasoning you like.

As you can see we are making a breakfast bowl of YUM!

Now we just add the gravy over the top and its done!!
